A fraudulent site is impersonating this studio.

Someone has built a fake online store that copies our name, our artwork, and our branding to sell prints that have nothing to do with us. We want you to know exactly what's going on — and how to stay safe.

What's happening

A website operating at shopmiroonthewall.shop has copied our store almost exactly: the same brand name, the same product images, and the same look. It is not run by us, it is not authorized by us, and it has no connection to Miro on the Wall.

Orders placed on that site do not reach us, and we cannot guarantee that anything is ever shipped. We're treating it as fraudulent and have reported it accordingly.

How to know you're in the right place

There is only one official store for our work. When in doubt, check the address bar:

Official miroonthewall.com — the only place our work is sold.
Fake shopmiroonthewall.shop — and any address that isn't ours.

The giveaway is the domain. If the part right before .com isn't exactly miroonthewall, it isn't us — extra words like "shop" in front, or a different ending like ".shop" or ".store," are all signs of a copy.

If you've already ordered there

If you entered your details on the fake site, we'd gently suggest a few precautions — not because we know your information was misused, but because it's the sensible thing to do whenever payment details go somewhere that turns out not to be legitimate:

  • Contact your bank or card issuer. Let them know where you entered your card and ask whether they recommend monitoring or reissuing it.
  • Watch your statements for charges you don't recognize, and report anything unfamiliar to your bank.
  • Don't reply to follow-up emails from that site asking for more information.

If you'd like help or just want to check whether an order was really with us, email us directly and we'll do whatever we can.

What we're doing about it

We're not letting this sit. We've filed reports with the domain registrars, the hosting and network providers, the relevant registry, Google's safe-browsing team, and federal authorities, and we're pursuing every channel available to have the site taken down.

We'll keep at it until it's gone. Thank you for looking out for this work — and for us.
