FAQ
What is Miro on the Wall?
Miro on the Wall is a one-person pop art print shop run by Miro, a Senior Creative Director based in the Chicago area. Every piece in the shop is an original digital artwork — bold, graphic, and designed to actually look good on your wall. The whole idea started simple: make the kind of art I'd want to hang at home, and price it so people can actually afford to fill their walls with it.
Who makes the art?
All the work is created by Miro — no stock art, no licensed clip art, no outside contributors. Each piece is an original digital composition, drawing on decades of experience in design and visual communication. Pop art sensibility, clean execution, made to live at poster scale.
What formats do you offer?
Currently, prints are available as unframed fine art prints and as XL gallery-wrap canvases. Prints are shipped rolled in a protective tube. Canvas prints arrive ready to hang.
Frames aren't included, but standard sizing means your local frame shop or any big-box retailer (IKEA, Target, etc.) will have options that fit.
How are the prints made?
All orders are produced through a professional print-on-demand network using high-fidelity printing on archival-quality materials — rich color, sharp detail, no lines or streaks. Canvas prints are gallery-wrapped on a sturdy wooden frame.
Because each order is printed on demand, your piece goes into production right after you order it.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–5 business days, with delivery typically following shortly after depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Please allow a little extra time around holidays — print production volumes get heavy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide through a global network of print facilities. Your order is produced at the facility closest to you, which means most customers pay only local shipping rates and won't be hit with customs fees or import duties. Delivery times are comparable to domestic shipping in most regions.
How are prints packaged?
Unframed prints are carefully rolled and shipped in a rigid, heavy-duty poster tube with a protective interior layer. When you open the tube, please unroll slowly to avoid tearing. Once unrolled, lay the print flat under a few heavy books for a couple hours to flatten it before framing.
Canvas prints ship in a reinforced custom box designed to protect the frame and wrapped corners during transit.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your print or canvas arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 14 days of delivery. With photos of the issue on file, we'll get a replacement sent out to you right away.
Contact usDo you accept returns or offer refunds?
Because every print is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. If there's a problem with your order — damage, a defect, or an error on our end — we'll make it right. See the full details on our refund policy page.
Refund policyCan I use the art commercially or reproduce it?
All artwork is original and the copyright belongs to Miro. Purchasing a print gives you rights to display it personally — it does not transfer reproduction, commercial use, or resale rights. If you're interested in licensing or a collaboration, reach out.
